Hard type pp baler twine
Hard polypropylene (PP) baler twine is a heavy-duty, high-tensile plastic cord engineered for tying dense square or round hay, straw, and silage bales under high tension.

• Material: Made from fibrillated or extruded polypropylene (PP)—a durable synthetic plastic that resists rotting, mold, mildew, moisture, grease, oils, and rodent or insect damage far better than natural sisal twine.
• Texture & Rigidity: "Hard" type twines feature a firmer twist and stiffer hand-feel, which helps them feed smoothly through high-speed mechanical knotters without bending or jamming.
• Knot Strength: High knot-holding capacity prevents slippage under heavy expansion forces from compressed forage.
• UV Stabilization: Treated with ultraviolet (UV) inhibitors to withstand direct sunlight and outdoor storage without turning brittle or degrading quickly.
• Visibility: Frequently manufactured in bright colors like orange, blue, or yellow for easy field detection and consumer recognition.
Application:
Used for industry and agricultural packing use,like tomato twine, banana twine, baler twine, hay twine etc. The twine can be UV treated.

Standard Specifications & Availability
Strength & Length Correlation: Twine with a 400+ lb knot/tensile strength (often 400 to 550 lbs) is engineered for heavy or large square bales (e.g., 3×3 or 3×4 balers). Because higher strength requires a thicker gauge, standard spools come in 4,000-foot lengths, 6,200 feet means thinner twine. we are open to customize for you.
